This website is operated by Nestvero Style. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nestvero Style. Nestvero Style is powered by Shopify, which helps us make our Services available to you. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our Services.

2. Online Store Terms & Account Access

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, and that you have given us permission to allow any minor dependents under your care to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Any breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

3. Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately in our online store. However, product colours or appearance may vary depending on the device you use and your screen settings, and we do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or appear exactly as shown. Product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice, at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

4. Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nestvero Style may accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion, and your order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted (outside the 12-hour window described in our Refund & Return Policy). If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

5. Pricing, Billing and DDP Guarantee

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Nestvero Style operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the Canadian market. This means:

• The price displayed at checkout is the final price.
• All applicable GST/HST and international import duties are included in your purchase.
• You will not be responsible for any additional customs or brokerage charges upon delivery.

Prices displayed in our online store may differ from prices available through other stores or channels. From time to time we may offer promotions governed by separate terms; where those terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotional terms will apply.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your credit card details, and to promptly update this information as needed. You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true and accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that charges you incur will be honoured by your card issuer. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, and the design and arrangement of these materials, are owned by Nestvero Style, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Nestvero Style's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Nestvero Style or its affiliates. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. We do not monitor or control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. 10. Relationship with Shopify

Nestvero Style is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide our Services to you. However, all sales made through our store are made directly with Nestvero Style. Shopify is not responsible for any part of a sale between you and Nestvero Style, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and its partners, including outside your country of residence, in order to provide the Services. 11. Feedback

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial purposes. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the Feedback and that it will not violate any third party's rights or contain unlawful or abusive material. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it, and we may remove Feedback we determine to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. You and Nestvero Style consent to the venue and jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes arising from these Terms.
