1. Shipping Timelines

To provide you with a curated selection of high-quality home products at the best value, all orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center. Please note the following estimated timelines:

• Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.

2. DDP Guarantee (Delivered Duty Paid)

We believe in total price transparency. Nestvero Style operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all Canadian orders.

What this means for you: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all international logistics, including customs clearance and pre-paying all applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST). You will never pay additional fees to the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our international warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package in real-time as it makes its way to your destination in Canada.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Nestvero Style is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to address errors, additional re-shipping fees may be required.
